Thruxton BSB preview: Luke Mossey & Milenco by Padgetts Motorcycles

Following on from the scorching action at Thruxton, British Superbikes now heads on to Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire (29-31 August) for Round 8 of the 2026 season, after which the final three Showdown rounds begin.

Cadwell is famous for its iconic Mountain which sees the superbikes leap into the air, and with its twisty and undulating nature, the 'mini-Nürburgring' is a proper destination circuit.

"Cadwell is a unique place. It was built for bikes with 50 horsepower like 80 years ago, and it's sort of never changed since!

Obviously, the famous Mountain section is a fun place. Where else do you get to jump a Superbike? I'm not the best of jumpers, but you can see guys with MX backgrounds like Josh Brookes who can get really good air there.

Padgetts-Milenco have really looked after me and are great guys. And it's amazing to have Carl Cox in support too, he does so much for racing. 

We've had a difficult year with a lot of second place trophies, and its clear we're the best non-BMW, but I want to win!"
