Michael Dunlop MBE - Road Racing
Michael Dunlop, the "Bull of the Mountain," is undeniably the most successful competitor in Isle of Man TT history, with a staggering 33 career wins and 51 podiums to his name, cementing his status as a living legend in road racing. He made history by becoming the first rider to lap the Mountain Course in under 17 minutes (a blistering 16 min 53.929 s) and by achieving first-ever lap speed records on both Supersport and Lightweight machinery. His dominance extended beyond the TT—on home turf in Ireland, he has amassed an incredible 124 Irish road race victories, with wins across Armoy, Cookstown, North West 200, and many more.
Born into the legendary Dunlop racing dynasty, Michael has endured profound personal loss—losing his father Robert and brother William—yet he channels such adversity into unwavering focus and grit. Known for his aggressive yet calculated riding, relentless determination, and willingness to build and run his own team, he encapsulates resilience and mastery of his craft. In 2025, his exceptional performance earned him an MBE for services to motorcycle racing.

Tom Bramich - Australian Supersport
Tom Bramich is one of Australia’s most promising Supersport talents, rising through the ranks with a combination of raw speed, determination, and professionalism. Starting in grassroots racing, he quickly made a name for himself by dominating the 2013 Pirelli Sprint Series and setting track records at iconic circuits like Phillip Island and Eastern Creek. His breakthrough came in 2018 when he claimed the Australian Supersport 300 Championship and was honoured with the prestigious RK Chains Samurai Trophy, joining a list of past recipients that includes legends like Mick Doohan and Mat Mladin. Bramich’s talent and sportsmanship were further recognised with Pirelli’s Rider of the Round award, not just for his results but for the way he represented his sponsors and the sport. Since stepping into the Australian Supersport 600 class in 2021, he has delivered 14 podium finishes from 44 starts, including two race wins and an overall round victory at Phillip Island in 2022, finishing fourth overall in the 2024 standings. For 2025, he begins a new chapter with BCperformance Kawasaki, switching to the Ninja ZX-6R and aiming for more podiums and race wins.

Avalon Biddle - Women’s World Super Bikes
Born in Auckland, Avalon Biddle (now racing as Avalon Lewis) has forged an illustrious career from grassroots beginnings to competing on the world stage. She is the first woman to win the New Zealand Supersport 600 Championship, which she clinched at Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park in 2019, making history in the sport. Prior to that, Avalon secured back-to-back titles in the FIM Women’s European Cup in 2015 and 2016, while also riding in the European Junior Cup. In 2017, she advanced to the global arena as one of only two women competing in the World Supersport 300 Championship, riding a Kawasaki Ninja 300 under the Agro-On Benjan Racing banner.
Racing under the name Avalon Lewis, she joined the inaugural FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) in 2024—piloting a Yamaha R7 for Carl Cox Motorsport—with prior WorldWCR experience placing her 20th after a wildcard appearance. Throughout the 2025 season, Avalon showcased her grit and pace: holding strong results in the top eight before a narrow crash thwarted a podium at Assen, before rebounding with continued speed—solidifying her as a serious title contender with 41 championship points. Off-track, Avalon extends her impact as a media presence, working in marketing and co-presenting on Sky Sport’s Skyspeed, embodying both racing excellence and brand partnership—making her a perfect ambassador for Carl Cox Motorsport’s commitment to diversity, development, and high-level competition.

Tim Reeves - Sidecar
Tim Reeves, hailing from Tenterden in Kent, England, is one of the most decorated figures in sidecar racing. He is an eight-time FIM World Sidecar Champion, earning his titles across multiple passenger partnerships—twice with his brother Tristan (2005, 2006), once with Patrick Farrance (2007), with Ashley Hawes (2012), and again in 2014 with Gregory Cluze. In a remarkable 2019 season, Reeves reunited with passenger Mark Wilkes to claim his sixth world championship, tallying victories in Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, and Croatia, before clinching the title at Estoril—his eighth world crown overall, placing him second only to Steve Webster in all-time sidecar success.
Reeves made a memorable Isle of Man TT debut in 2008, becoming the first sidecar newcomer since 1978 to podium at his first attempt, finishing third in Race One. He later secured his first TT victory in 2013 Sidecar TT Race 1 alongside Dan Sayle. Known not only for his unmatched consistency and adaptability, Reeves also appeared prominently in the observational documentary 3 Wheeling, offering viewers a raw and intimate glimpse into the high-pressure world of TT sidecar racing. His career exemplifies a rare blend of technical skill, resilience, and a calculated yet fearless competitive spirit—qualities that align seamlessly with the ethos at Carl Cox Motorsport.

Davo Johnson - Road Racer
David "Davo" Johnson, hailing from Adelaide, Australia, is a revered road racer and seasoned Isle of Man competitor. He gained the title of Classic Superbike TT winner in 2019, delivering a dramatic victory at the RST Superbike Classic TT after leader Michael Dunlop retired close to the finish—with Davo crossing the line over 40 seconds ahead. A former British Superstock Champion (2012) and winner of the Ken Wootton Perpetual Trophy (2018), he also boasts a coveted podium finish in the Superstock class at the 2019 Isle of Man TT.
Davo joined forces with Lee Hardy Racing and Kawasaki UK for the 2024 road racing season, contending in the Superbike, Superstock, and Senior TT races astride the formidable Ninja ZX-10RR. A harrowing crash during the 2024 Superbike TT at 160 mph ended his race early—but with only a fractured collarbone, he vowed to return stronger Kawasaki UK reaffirmed its support for the team in 2025, with Davo confirmed to race again in Superstock, Superbike, and Senior TT events—an alignment that underscores his resilience, speed, and commitment to elevating the brand.

Tara Morrison - Australian superbike
Tara “Tarzy” Morrison has emerged as one of Australia’s most exciting young talents in Superbike racing. Hailing from Adelaide, she’s currently competing in the Australian Supersport 300 class aboard a Kawasaki Ninja and has already etched her name into the history books—becoming the first woman to win an outright ASBK race in 2025 at Phillip Island, edging out the competition by mere fractions of a second. Beyond that landmark victory, she boasts strong championship form—currently lying second in the ASBK Supersport 300 standings, while also leading both the Victoria and South Australia state titles.
Tara’s meteoric rise doesn’t stop at home—she’s also earned a wildcard entry into the World Superbike (World WCR) Championship at Donington Park, racing a Yamaha R7 that carries the Carl Cox Motorsport livery—a bold statement of global ambition and brand alliance Off track, she’s equally compelling—balancing a growing media presence with sponsor commitments, training, and racing strategy. Tara exemplifies the blend of speed, determination, and professionalism that sits at the heart of Carl Cox Motorsport’s vision.

For over six decades, Padgett’s Racing has been a cornerstone of road racing, evolving from a small Yorkshire motorcycle dealership in 1958 into one of the most respected private teams in the world. With deep roots in the Isle of Man TT and a reputation for developing both talent and race-winning machinery, the team has guided icons such as Mick Grant, Phil Read, Ian Hutchinson, Bruce Anstey, and John McGuinness to the top of the podium. Their combination of meticulous engineering and rider support has made them a constant threat in every class they enter. John Holden - Sidecar
John Holden is a formidable British sidecar racer from Blackburn, UK, with a highly decorated career in both British championships and Isle of Man TT competition. He's a three-time British F2 sidecar champion and a two-time winner at the Sidecar TT. His TT résumé includes leading laps during the 2007 and 2008 Sidecar TT races, showcasing both speed and skill—most notably leading at Glen Helen and Ballaugh Bridge before facing stiff competition from riders like Nick Crowe. In the 2010 Sidecar TT Race 'B', John and passenger Andrew Winkle secured a strong second place with an average speed of 113.396 mph.
Holden's reputation is built on consistency and resilience, with a knack for delivering podium performances across diverse events and conditions. In 2017, alongside passenger Lee Cain, he claimed victory in the dramatic Southern 100 sidecar championship amid intense pressure on the final lap. That same year, Holden and Cain were named the runner-up sidecar team of the year by Road Racing News, praised for their tenacious TT campaigns and their ability to challenge even the dominant Birchall brothers. His ability to consistently deliver at the highest level—whether fronting races, leading laps, or managing gritty finishes—makes him a sterling example of expertise and dedication that perfectly aligns with Carl Cox Motorsport’s ethos.

Junior Drag Bikes - Drag Racing UK
Junior Drag Bike racing is the fast-growing youth category in UK drag racing, empowering riders aged approximately 8 to 16 years to compete head-to-head over short 1/8-mile runs. Introduced as an official FIM-Europe Cup in 2018, the class includes multiple divisions tailored by age and power, paired with strict speed and time limits to protect participant safety—riders are disqualified if they exceed class limits or cross the 160 km/h threshold. Governed in Britain by the Auto-Cycle Union (ACU), junior drag bikes offer a structured and educational motorsport entry point for young enthusiasts. In recent years, competition at events like the Santa Pod Raceway has amplified visibility, featuring the UK Junior Dragbike Championship—where talents like Hollie King and Declan Butt have taken top honors—and the Dragbike Junior Cup that's part of the broader European Championship programme, attracting international entries and growing fan engagement even in adverse weather conditions.

Junior Dragster - Drag Racing UK
Junior Dragster racing in the UK is where the next generation of drag racing talent begins, and Carl Cox Motorsport is proud to support this exciting grassroots level of the sport. Aimed at young racers aged 6 to 17, the class uses half-scale dragsters—scaled-down versions of the fire-breathing Top Fuel machines seen on the big stage—competing over shorter 1/8-mile or 1/16-mile distances. These events are highly regulated with strict speed and elapsed-time limits to ensure safety while still delivering an adrenaline-charged racing experience. It’s a category that encourages skill development, mechanical understanding, and sportsmanship from an early age, laying the foundation for a lifelong motorsport journey.

For over thirteen years, the Carl Cox Motorsport Cup has offered New Zealand’s riders an inclusive and practical gateway into motorcycle road racing. Originally the WIL Sport Hyosung Cup, it was rebranded in 2016 with Carl Cox’s high-profile sponsorship, reinforcing its mission to create affordable, level-playing-field competition using identical Hyosung 250s and Kawasaki Ninja 400s. . Co-ordinated by Ken Dobson, this one-make series is among the world’s longest-running, welcoming novice and experienced racers alike and celebrated for its spirited atmosphere and competitive fairness.
Run over multiple rounds nationwide—from club circuits to premier venues like Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park—the Cup is a highlight of the NZ racing calendar with standout features such as Le Mans starts, sprint and endurance races, and growing fields of competitors, including new racers, female riders, and record grid sizes. Many Cup graduates have gone on to win New Zealand and European championships, including riders like Avalon Biddle and Billee Fuller—who rose through the Cup before earning backing from Carl Cox Motorsport on the world stage.

Barry Smith - Sidecar
Barry Smith brings decades of international sidecar experience to the Carl Cox Motorsport family. From his early days racing in Europe to emerging as one of New Zealand’s top F1 sidecar contenders, Barry’s mechanical expertise and calculated competitiveness make him a formidable force on any circuit. Based in Tokomaru since 2005, he remains deeply connected to the sport through both his engineering background and unwavering passion for road racing.
Racing under the Carl Cox Motorsport banner with passenger Tracey Bryan, Barry has become a fixture in the Suzuki International Series. Their consistent podium finishes—especially at demanding venues like Manfeild and the legendary Cemetery Circuit in Whanganui—underscored by their clinching of the F1 Sidecar title, exemplify their synergy, relentless drive, and seamless alignment with the brand’s dedication to excellence and community-minded racing.

Tracey Bryan - Sidecar NZ
Tracey Bryan began her sidecar racing journey around age 30, quickly becoming the only woman road-race sidecar rider in New Zealand. Her initiation began with a $500 sidecar and a coin toss to determine roles. Since then, she's gone on to win three consecutive New Zealand Formula 2 titles, competed across both classic and modern circuits, and currently passengers on one of New Zealand’s fastest Formula 1 sidecars for LP Racing with rider Aaron Lovell. Together, they’ve claimed the Barry Sheene Trans-Tasman Challenge and the NZ Suzuki Tri-Series titles, demonstrating her commitment and resilience even after overcoming a serious injury that required neck brace recovery.
Tracey is celebrated not just for her skill but for the integrity and teamwork she brings to the track. In 2021, while juggling her roles as a rural postie and mother of three, she piloted her Honda CBR600-powered sidecar to an impressive sixth overall in a male-dominated F2 national series—earning respect and admiration across the paddock. In 2023, Tracey and Jo Franzen made waves internationally when they secured a qualifying position equal first in the F2 Sidecar class of the NZ Superbike Championship. This paved their way to competing at the prestigious AHRMA Classic MotoFest of Monterey in California aboard their Carl Cox Motorsport-supported LCR-framed F2 sidecar—a historic move for an all-female Kiwi team on the global stage.

Joe Gauci - Pro Mod Drag racing Australia
Joe Gauci is a highly respected figure in Australian drag racing, combining technical skill with fierce competitiveness. A qualified fitter, machinist, and automotive expert, he founded Profab Motorsport Fabrications in 2003, turning his lifelong passion into a racing legacy. Gauci earned early recognition racing a Ford TD Cortina, which he meticulously developed to eclipse all expectations—achieving a world-record 8.58 s at 162 MPH on a cross-flow 6-cylinder engine, establishing it as the fastest of its kind globally. Since then, he took on a new challenge with a 2016 Ford Mustang, debuting it at the 2019 MotorEx in Melbourne and immediately delivering a breakout performance—a 4.01-second run at 197 MPH, earning acclaim for speed and presentation.
Joe's journey progressed into the Pro Mod class with a purpose-built 1967 "Eleanor" Mustang, pushing performance to the next level with stunning results: a blistering 5.597 seconds at 270.1 MPH, showcasing elite engineering and power In October 2023, he made his Group One debut in the NDRC Pro Mod series, driving the ex-Carl Cox Pro Mod Mustang—recently rebuilt by his team at Profab. The car delivered an impressive 4670 hp, perfectly tuned to meet the 5.85-second index target at Sydney Dragway. Gauci’s career, now closely linked with Carl Cox Motorsport through both machinery and shared passion, underscores a mutual commitment to precision, top-tier performance, and racing excellence.
